How ordering, payment, shipping and exchanges work.
How to order
On this website
- Pick your colour and size, then tap Add to bag.
- Open your bag, add your name and city, and tap Order on WhatsApp.
- WhatsApp opens with your order typed out. Send it, and our admin replies with the total including shipping.
- Pay by bank transfer or e-wallet. We ship once payment is confirmed and send you the tracking number.
On Shopee or TikTok Shop
Use the store links at the bottom of this page. Checkout, payment and cash on delivery work as usual there.
Payment
WhatsApp orders are paid by bank transfer or e-wallet before shipping. Our admin sends the payment details together with your total. Only pay to account details sent from our official WhatsApp number.
Shipping
We ship across Indonesia. Orders ship within 1–2 working days after payment, and you get the tracking number on WhatsApp. Delivery time depends on your city and the courier you choose.
Exchanges
Wrong size? Message us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll swap it for another size, as long as the piece is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. You cover the shipping to send it back; we cover shipping the new size to you. Exchanges depend on stock.
Orders from Shopee and TikTok Shop follow each platform’s own return process.
Questions
How do I choose my size?
Measure a tee you already like and compare it with our size guide. Between two sizes, take the larger one for a looser fit.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, through Shopee or TikTok Shop where COD is available in your area. WhatsApp orders are paid before shipping.
My size is sold out. Will it come back?
On the product page, tap “Get a WhatsApp message when it’s back” and we’ll message you when it restocks.
How do I wash it?
Wash cold and inside out, dry in the shade, and don’t tumble dry. Iron inside out on low heat, and never iron directly on a print.
Do you ship outside Indonesia?
Message us on WhatsApp with your country and we’ll check the options and cost.
